Description

Due to 'PR' now being in the IC chat's filter, you cannot say PR-412, PR-11, etc.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Load up into the round
  2. Try to talk about the seasonals
  3. Get told you can't say their full names by the filter.

this happens with :D too for when you want to talk into delta comms with ":d"
