wraiths can create portals in FOB on the Alamo pad after the Alamo has landed and taken off at least one time #13842

Description

you can make portals on the alamo landing pad inside the LZs, granted the alamo has taken off from the groundside at some point

Reproduction Steps

  1. be a wraith
  2. wait for alamo to land in LZ
  3. wait for alamo to leave the LZ
  4. make portals on the landing pad

Cause you aren't meant to be able to portal in FOB
