Detpacks placed on stasis bags Stay after being undeployed and redeployed #15904

Description

You can deploy a stasis bag (probably also body bags and tarps), close it, then attach a detpack to it, then pick it up and it'll deploy with the detpack on it and functioning. If you signal it while its an inventory item, the timer will tick and it will explode if deployed. If the bag is still an inventory item when the timer is up, the detpack will appear undeployed at the original spot it was planted on the bag at.
