Tadpole when leaving in the middle of a weather effect, leaves a small area of no weather effects. #7421

Description

It also makes future areas that normally have no weather affects have weather in them now which is very cool.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Land planetside
  2. Acid rain, Duststorm happens
  3. Tadpole goes up
  4. Area where tadpole was in leaves a small tadpole shaped area of no weather

I could see more code that registers a signal on the tiles it covers, calls it to reset the weather, and deletes itself after. Doesn't sound too complicated?
