Its a tall order, and absolutely fuelled by lunacy, but it may be something worthwhile?

Okay, just a heads up, feel free to steal the code in tools/ReleaseNotes (MITAGPL anyway) but it's kinda TGS specific so you'll have to fnagle it to get it working

I'll re-create it in a different language and not take direct code samples.

I'm the only author on the files in tools/ReleaseNotes, you can just copy whatever you want
