Committing via the Repository tab is not deploying #137

Describe the bug In an Instance's Repository tab, attempting to Commit an update even if compile & deploy is checked will fail to deploy it.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Enter an Instance.
Access the Repository tab.
Attempt to commit an update with Compile & Deploy.
Notice that it is not actually deploying it.

Expected behavior Expected it to compile and deploy the update.

Logs N/A.
