Directories and Files are sorted alphabetically Z-A instead of A-Z on certain machines

Describe the bug

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Files & Scripts
2. Click on "Configuration"
3. See that GameStaticFiles comes before EventScripts and CodeModifications.

Expected behavior For it to be A-Z

Logs Not really something that's logs-dependent.
