Uplink market is always same #64142

Reproduction: If youre an admin it can simply be reproduced by spawning one uplink of a traitor and nukie and if you pick up the traitor uplink and open market page and then open a nuclear uplink items there will be the same as simple traitor.

So, a little update on this one. It looks like if you was a traitor and somehow (by shitspawn 🐀) get a nukie role you will never get a normal nuclear market. This is not working reversevely.
