Reproduction:

I haven't code dived, but from my understanding potency is based off the air pressure needed for miasma to be produced. Perhaps at 100 pot it would need particularly high pressure? Perhaps 0 potency(easily achieved with milk as fertilizer) would cause it to produce miasma in a vacume? The wiki says around 55 is needed for normal pressure.

I'll try and test this later.

100 potency was producing miasma with some air pressure but not zero that round, so I have no fucking clue what the requirements are for it to actually produce gas
