Reproduction:

This was on icebox (maybe related?) I bought a crystal PDA for 308 credits

I used the random teleport method, which is supposed to be guaranteed delivery with a message letting me know 60 seconds in advance where it will land. I never got that message. The admin online at the time checked the black market subsystem, it seemed to still be running fine. Yet they found no clear PDAs on station, and my order was not in the queued_purchases.

I believe it's supposed to give you a general idea of where the pod's going to land and you go find it. I've always had trouble getting this to work as well.

Until we figure it out, feel free to pester any online admins and we'll make sure you get your swag. (just don't use urgent adminhelp for it <3)

The message it is supposed to show is written in the code as "[purchase.uplink] flashes a message noting that the order is being teleported to [get_area(targetturf)] in 60 seconds."

actually has anyone confirmed it works on multi z stations?

I have been failing to reproduce this on current master so far. Spawned in a black market uplink, ran around and bought teleported items from different locations on the station, including multiple Z levels. The message gets sent, and for the ones I checked it did seem to arrive.
