I believe this is the case for every outfit that includes some sort of animated element to it, in this case the detective outfit dummy's cigarette. You can see it in about half of the wizard outfits (caused by the animated staff) and the syndicate outfits (caused by the animated mask). It seems to include one 4-angle set for each frame of animation included.
