Basic mobs dont get block chance #82685

Issue Summary

I became a gorilla via traitor syringe, pulled desword and died to lasers https://clips.twitch.tv/CrypticFrigidGarageWTRuck-Jjha1Ze1Qk2LZdi2 Chance for this was too low so I asked admins to confirm https://clips.twitch.tv/PowerfulModernDragonfruitHeyGirl-Lb11UYOqZDOks3x6

Correct but technically not a bug?

Item block chance is implemented on the /human level

Edit: Literally for no reason I might add, there's nothing in the proc that requires a human be blocking

gorillas probably shouldnt be able to use deswords anyway im pretty sure there was a reason why hulks cant too

Hulks can use 1handed e-swords. Maybe other shields don't work with gorilla too.
