The nuke pinpointer doesn't work across z-levels #84922

Issue Summary

The Nukie Pda doesnt tell you, that the disk is on a different z-level.

This might be fine on maps like tram or nebula, but since northstar has 4 ( you could even say 5, since nukies can lend on lava, for some reason) nukies cant do a lot to find the disk.

Nukie pda should probably say if the disk is above or below you on multi-z level maps, or atleast tell you, that its not on the same level. Currently nukies have the hardest time ever finding the disk, and crew has the hardest time ever finding nukies.

This may be called an "I ded issue", since I was one of the nukies, but no one in that shift had fun, online droped from 60 to 20.

Wrong issue name It does work across z-levels It doesnt work across multi-z-layers that are used in tram,nebula and northstar. As i know, those are diffrent things

It shouldn't work on icebox either
