Calibdate DCO seems not working on x1xxx #22

For x2xxx, tinyos-msp430 set DCO using CALDCO/CALBC1 values, but for x1xxx, clibrating DCO using LFXT1 used to work, but may not working these days. I din't confirm it but I'm afraid not.

I'm planning to update calibrate DCO code based on SLAA336A.
