Suggestion: Backup in progress message. #101

Hi! Is there any option to set an message telling the players that backup is beeing taken? Like “saving backup, brace for lag” or something? Going to get this today. Seems to be a great plugin.

This can be achieved thourgh the use of notifyall option and the strings file.
