Not really an issue... #115

I know that sometimes people are rushed for time or get distracted by something else, but could I please push for you to finish the commands and permissions pages? :P

Doco is a bit of a weak point for me. :( I can try to get it done asap, but it will still be a bit of a wait, sorry. :(

Take your time, it's just useful for when people are sorting out permissions for things like group manager or pex etc. For the time being, I just looked in the source code since I understand java, but not everyone is the same. If you want, I could see what commands and permissions I could pull from the source and send them to you for the pages. It may take a while for me to get started but not very long I do when I start
