Trust score

adds these to the output per-instance

• score - from activityscore (federated instances vs. instances that defederated with)
  • suspicious - if the site has odd posts/user activity, and if not guarantored on fediseer
  • guarantor <string || null> - if there is a guarantor for this instance, who is it?

• endorsements are now included as part of the scoring algo for "smart sort"
• instances that would be deemed "sus" are now no longer sus as long as they have a guarantor on fediseer

Frontend changes to come:

• Display the "Score", along with guarantor and # of endorsements
• new sorting: "user activity week"
• new filters: "cloudflare instance", "has guarantor", "has endorsements", "blocked by my home instance"
