Feature: Display fediseer tags on each instance info page

You are already checking for endorsements for each instance, so you can also grab the self-assigned tags if any exist and show them as well. Optionally make each tag a link to lead the user to the instances filter, with that tag selected to see other instances matching that tag

I plan to add a tab here if there is fediseer data for the instance. Called "Fediseer" , should display basically the data from https://gui.fediseer.com/instances/detail/lemmy.dbzer0.com
