NSFW communities no longer returned from `/community/list` #79

It looks like that since lemmynsfw.com upgraded to 0.18.0, I noticed it no longer returns NSFW in the community list.

I adjusted the data exporter to output nsfw communities from >24 hours ago, as an interim till there is a query param to support this. https://github.com/LemmyNet/lemmy/pull/3363
