[Bug]: `Crossfade` plugin is broken

Reproduction steps

1. Enable Crossfade plugin
2. play any song, let it crossfade into next or skip manually

Expected Behavior

Seemlessly crossfading between 2 songs or crossfading from current song time into next song starting when songs are changed manually

Actual Behavior

Skipping starting parts randomly and completely blocking music at times until you manually mute and unmute..

Enabled plugins

its mostly Crossfade plugin thats causing this issue as disabling it fixes those audio issues..

Crossfade plugin itself seems really buggy in general :/

I use non-portable version and Crossfade doesn't work too - additional info

I just started using the client and still doesnt work for more then 2 3 songs
