Reproduction steps

enable taskbar media control

Expected Behavior

play pause next previeous should be there when hover on app on taskbar

it seems working well on native media player app

Actual Behavior

play pause prev next is not appreared on the taskbar

downloader
exponential volume
inapp menu
navigation
taskbar media control
