Windows Defender blocking the exe. #349

I downloaded the client, but windows defender blocked it and it said the virus was detected. Closing the windows defender doesn't work, too.

Yeah my web browser is also blocking it :c (portable .exe)

B.T.W. the file got flagged as "Trojan:Win32/Emali.A!cl"

Ill be reporting this false positive to microsoft Does it block both installer and portable version for you guys?

does it block a specific file?

It's detecting the following for me on the Setup.exe

Hello everyone, thanks for opening the issue! It's unexpected and might be a false positive (similar to https://github.com/electron-userland/electron-builder/issues/4906), I will have a look at it in the following weeks (many dependencies were updated in the last version, that might explain this issue), in the meantime, feel free to use the previous version or build the app manually! (instructions are in the readme)

@th-ch @NNowakowski @parapsychic @thijsi123 @Bilan123 I submited the files to microsoft for review and they reviewed it super fast and removed the detection !
