SECTION HEADER needs to be changed into a jTextField #24

The SECTION HEADER needs to be changed from a jTextArea into a jTextField.

The SECTION HEADER is a one line (based on FORTRAN rules) brief
TITLE/DESCRIPTION of the input file being created. 

The name also should be changed to INPUT FILE TITLE or something of the
sort as this is the TITLE for the entire for005.dad (input file).

Examples of the TITLE parameters include:

MIG-27 @ 20 Deg w/Flaps
SPACE SHUTTLE @ 20000 FT
T-28 at CRUISE

The titles cannot be anything long because their length is limited by the
old-school FORTRAN input cards which DATCOM was designed to be used for. 
I'm not sure about the length size but it cannot be more than 30 char, I think.
