Spanish Translations #150

Fixed spanish grammar in locale/es_ES/magicked_admin.po in some strings, added a bit more of description and reduced the length on some.

locale/es_ES/README.md Translated into spanish (almost 90%)

Hi, thanks for the contribution. You can contribute translations via crowdin if its easier for you, but this is fine too. I'll merge this now.

The translations will be available in the next release.
