Description

Finished translation of README in spanish -Fixed Typos -Fixed a typo on english README.

Spanish Translations added

In the subject of using crowdin to submit translation, I don't really know how to use that and github works good for me, if that is not an issue I can keep contributing translating this tool. Thanks you for letting me contribute too!

Yeah, github is fine. There should be some more strings coming up for translation once branch 0.1.6 is merged. Thanks for contributing.
