Docker support #93

Description

Created Dockerfile and updated readme :)

Fixes #92

@th3-z we will need to make sure the readme is pointing to the correct dockerhub repository after you create it and link it to this github. I believe you can get that setup (at least for the docker branch) once this PR is merged and you can add master to the build once it is merged there as well.
