These are changes that should move us towards a working tycho build. I changed the order of modules putting feature and repo last, so that we can see whether the tests are working.
For the tests to work, you have to set the lilypond.path property in the maven call. On my machine the build now works up to the feature project. Here tycho has a "licence-include-issue", which I would like you to resolve (http://wiki.eclipse.org/CBI#Tycho).
(I would not include the commons plugins in this build, but rather have a separate one.)
