Find References does not work reliably #146

Find references does not seem to work reliably. E.g. invoking on a usage of \trill successfully shows a list of where it is used, but navigating to the definition of \trill and then invoking find references finds no usage.

It seems that (at least with Windows) the resource URI is wrong. The used \trill correctly produces a file URI, the opened \trill definition produces a nonsense platform resource URI with the absolute file path.

I considered this ticket closed. If you find use cases where the search result is not OK, let me know.

I believe there may be problems with finding references within the same file...
