improved content assist for includes #155

The maven build succeeds locally on my linux machine. It is the very first proposal test that fails. Proposals are calculated only if a resource for the "base file" is created, so my guess is that the URI that is created for the test file in the test workspace does not work. I will probably add some output that will help me to investigate the difference between the local and travis build.

Maybe you could check whether the build fails on your machine as well?
