use LilyPond for obtaining version #176

There was a TODO in LilyPondVersion which is addressed by this PR. The installed LilyPond is run for determining the version (once). In case of a problem, a fallback is used.

Due to the issues with error parsing, I'd like you to wait with merging this PR. A probable change in dealing with the error stream may make the changes made to CancellableProcessUtils obsolete. In this case I would rebase this PR later on.

OK. I rebased the branch, so now only the LilyPondVerson class is changed.
