Freeze after compilation

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start Eclipse
2. Recompile a score
3. Watch the console window and wait until compilation completes

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Elysium starts generating point-and-click hyperlinks, then immediately freezes 
for about 20 seconds, then resumes.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Fedora 14, all updates as of today, Eclipse 3.7.0, Elysium (cannot cut/paste) 
0.2.0.201107291145.

Creating point-and-click hyperlinks is a job running in the background, so it 
shouldn't make the GUI unresponsive. Can you send the score with which you 
reproduced the issue?

If the problem is specific to it, then go on. However, it would be best if you 
could determine the characteristic that likely causes the problem, and send a 
minimal example of it.
