When browsing for existing source, offer project name as last segment of path #51

In the New LilyPond Project wizard, when "Use default location" is unchecked, 
the project name should be automatically set to the selected folder.

Thanks again very much for the contribution! I finally changed the custom 
wizard page class to duplicate 
org.eclipse.ui.dialogs.WizardNewProjectCreationPage instead of subclassing it 
and accessing it with reflection because this is less fragile and more aspects 
are going to be customized later.

Fixed in r38c23847f016.
