Support grammar changes in Lilypond 2.16

It would be great to...

fully support whatever relevant grammar changes there are in version 2.16 
Stable so that Xtext doesn't complain about "unknown variables" for what are 
valid lilypond commands.

A quickfix has been applied in r95342dbd9dfd which resolves most errors. Now 
the grammar of 2.14 and 2.16 has yet to be compared. Please report if you 
encounter a broken command.

It is mostly better.  So far I have run into one occasion of a red line - 

\tag #'part { \break }

The \break is underlined red.  However, this does not show in the Problems tab, 
and it also is not underlined in other files - just the one that I created 
today.
