Mouse cursor #147

Improve mouse cursor:
- token editor: when mouse over a token change the cursor
- agenda: when mouse over a appointement change the cursor ?
- alert blocking dialog: change the mouse cursor
- alert non blocking button: change the mouse cursor

Should we create some specific mouse cursors ?

Don't create custom cursors if not ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY. Stick to Standards as 
far as possible,  all nonstandard things are distracting Users. 
the rest is good.

And I would leave the cursor as default when hovering over an agenda. This is 
the normal behaviour in all ather calendar softwares I know of too.

When above a token - why change the cursor? can you click on the token and do 
something with it?
