This fixes sash intros not playing correctly while a screen shake was occurring. Normally in a screen shake, the region below the shaking area is cleared out to prevent bleeding but this was also nuking the sashes. While a sash is rendering the whole screen is cleared anyhow so the additional rect is redundant anyhow.
