Thanks for the feedback.

The '-c' flag does not take any arguments. Basically, it allows the user to list the expenses by category, or not.

Reason for disagreement: In which case this leads to a bigger issue that an input that does not follow your input format is accepted without warning. And this is not a feature stated in the UG.
