Upgrading to Mediawiki 1.36 #219

I'm considering upgrading to Mediawiki 1.36. Is Tweeki deprecated at this stage?

I just upgraded to 1.36 and switching from bootstrap 3 to 4, everything appears to be working so far.

I'm not yet using 1.36 myself in any of my projects but there've been some bug and deprecation reports that have been fixed, I suppose it should be working...
