Special:Upload "summary" text field wider than content (e.g. with right sidebar) #241

Extends about 10px out of the page content area into the sidebar. Possibly because of 80 hard coded columns. A bit old school of MW that this form is in fact a table....

Thought I'd add a screenshot. For some reason the text field extends beyond of what is reserved to page content.

Is there a simple way to fix this or is this a hard coded MW problem?
