Currently, Nammatham in next branch is quite a lot work for implement (I don't have enough time to implement it, feel free to open PR, discussion), next release show be a simple wrapper for v4

Bypass all V4 model (azure/functions)
Support DevServer
Support trpc-azure-functions-adatper

Most checklist is done since v2.0.0-alpha.6, requiring writing unit test and checkup stable release checklist
