Feature: Create a footer #3

It would be nice to add a footer with the following details:

"Made with ❤️ by [Your Name]." (Clicking on your name will take you to your GitHub profile.) Include social media icons such as GitHub repo links and links to other social media accounts. If you're okay with this suggestion, I'll create a PR to implement the navbar with these requirements.

Or do you have any suggestions?
