JXcore v8 latest version isn't working on CI #68

We shouldn't need to run JXcore v8 for anything. Tests should ideally be running on JXcore SM latest release and everything else on plain ole node. Where do we need JXcore v8?

I'm hoping that #1025 will make this issue go away.
