iOS9 requires new "83.5@2x" icon size for iPad Pro. I have added this icon, but still needs to be manually applied in Xcode. Also "icon-60.png" is unassigned. These issues have been documented:

A 29@3x icon size was missing for ultra HD displays (eg. iPhone 6+) and can be added.
Also with issue #101 pending we would want to add some Windows app icons and have them ready to go.
