Hit three points on the website #230

We need the new website to make three points:

  1. We are Microsoft
  2. We are an experiment (not a product, not a committed supported OSS project, etc.)
  3. We are currently in pre-alpha (e.g. it don?t really work fully yet and isn?t ready for release)
