Updated Jekyll local config to use kramdown with gh-pages settings to make localhost testing better: https://help.github.com/articles/using-jekyll-with-pages/#configuring-jekyll

Other updates:

enabled code syntax blocks highlighting (using rouge).
numerous .md fixes for headlines
fixed strikethrough effect (js).
