Right now globalBuild doesn't run these tests because they depend on the sync gateway or putting in a special config to support the Listener. But the latest bits from Couchbase replaced all the network connections with mocks so there is no point in figuring out the listener config now. We are going to update our bits soon and then the whole issue goes away and we can re-activate these tests in globalBuild.
