username attribute in dist.ini not being picked up #14

Hi Jeffrey,

I noticed that version 0.088 of the Dist::Zilla Pinto::Add plugin is not picking up the name given to it by the username attibute in dist.ini.

It will get it from a .pause file and it will get it also from PINTO_USERNAME.

I don't know if you were aware of this.

Thanks for reporting this, but I was unable to reproduce it. The username attribute only matters when connecting with a remote Pinto repository. Perhaps you meant to use the author attribute.
