Fix for test fails on attempted upgrade #172

I got a handful of test fails when attempting to upgrade, after a little digging I found that these were caused by the presence of a ~/.pauserc file - moving it out of the way let the tests pass.

This change allows the tests to pass even when such a file is present.

Sorry for the delay on this. Do you have a ~/.pause or ~/.pauserc file? I'm not familiar with the latter.

I didn't use your patch, but I fixed this in 18b59eb.

I meant to say ~/.pause throughout, sorry if this caused confusion. Thanks for fixing this.
