Ignore ~/.pause file during test #192

If there is a ~/.pause file present it causes several tests to fail. For example:

Probable solution is to make sure the PINTO_AUTHOR_ID environment variable is set during testing.

Duplicate of #178. Also fixed by 18b59ebe
