I want to add bengai Readme.md for the project

basically i don't know javascript well so I can't help in translation sorry for that,

And yes i am a native speaker of BENGALI 💕

Ah, there is no need to know Javascript, translating the README and the app themselves are equally as easy. We have instructions on #475 do take a read and let us know if you need help ;)
