Extend localizations with Ukrainian language #937

Describe the current limitation There is no Ukrainian localization.

Describe the proposed feature or enhancement Add Ukrainian localization.

Additional context This will help to make the application more friendly for people from Ukraine. I am a native speaker from Ukraine, so I could help with this.

@tupaschoal I am sorry for a delay, I have opened a PR which adds Ukrainian localization.
